Patrol Manager is a revolutionary new concept to help companies maintain control
of their security personnel and processes. Just imagine receiving
a daily printed report itemising in detail the movements over the
past 24 hours of every member of your security staff and the events
they encounter.
Patrol Manager can achieve this for you in any situation where security
personnel regularly patrol your premises or buildings. In addition
to the functionality already mentioned, Patrol Manager can be programmed
to record maintenance defects and checking routines.
Patrol Manager is a hand held data recording unit which can be assigned
to a particular member or members of your staff. Individual security
officers can be issued with a keyfob and electronic button, allowing
specific identification of the user.
Patrol Manager works by recording data from location buttons located
along a specified route. Whenever it touches one of the location buttons,
the unique code from that buttons is recorded in Patrol Manager’s
memory together with the date and time. Operating on the same principle,
buttons can be programmed to record individual events e.g. window
open, lock broken etc. Event Wallets, containing up to 10 data cells
per wallet allow electronic recording of patrol findings.
Whenever Patrol Manager is returned to a central desktop docking unit
the data is transferred to the computer for detailed analysis of where
the Patrol Manager has been and at what time, together with electronically
recorded events. Multiple Patrol Manager units can be used together
with an entire security force and the data can be downloaded to a
single centralised docking unit at the end of the shift, day or even
week.

Patrol Manager can also be utilized to enhance the effectiveness
of maintenance functions. Buttons can be programmed for condition
monitoring and fault reporting e.g. voltage, temperature and pressure
checks, A/C unit broken, leaking tap, light bulb blown etc. This information
is presented as an electronic report on the same basis as the security
and event data.
Two versions of the Patrol Manager application are available: Stand
Alone and Network (compatible with SQL Server). The Network version
allows any suitable computer on the corporate LAN to perform real-time
analysis of security personnel’s actions.
Patrol Manager has been exclusively developed for the Asian Markets
and is available in a number of Asian as well as European languages
to allow for rapid implementation with minimal training requirements
and little if any systems alteration.
