Software Network Upgrade

This option enables the data from the pen readers to be transferred to the computers in one location, e.g. the security office, and all managers can review and analyse the collected information from any other computer on the hotel network. Only one upgrade is required for an unlimited number of computers.

Event Wallets This leather wallet contains 10 buttons which can be programmed to represent different events i.e. Window Open, A/C left running, etc. The security personnel, upon observing one of these situations, simply touch the relevant event button with his Pen Reader. This automatically records the type and time of the event. These events are then shown within the rounds reports against the actual location.

Security ID's

Although Patrol Manager gave users the ability to enter shift patterns into the Patrol Manager software, these only gave an indication of who was on shift, if multiple personnel were on shift, it was impossible to determine the actual team member completing the rounds. For this reason the Security ID button was developed. Each security guard is assigned an electronic ID button, before commencing the security rounds the security guard simply touches his ID button to the Pen Reader. This can be repeated during the rounds if required. This data will then be entered into the rounds report.
 

Protective Pen Holder Although the durability of the pens has been well proven, we have produced a Protective Pen Holder; this leather pouch attach's to the security guards’ belt and provides an elastic lanyard, preventing the pen from being dropped.

Desktop Reader

The unique serial numbers on the Location Buttons, Security ID's and Event Wallets can be troublesome to read, so we provide a Desktop Reader to allow the computer to read the serial numbers directly, thus minimising the possibility of error.
