Using Patrol Manager, you receive a daily printed report itemising in detail the movements over the past 24 hours of every member of your security staff and the events they encounter.
Utilising an easy-to-use, hand-held data-recording unit, Patrol Manager can control and monitor the effectiveness of your mobile security staff, ensuring each member of staff is accountable for his/her shift and duties. In addition Patrol Manager can be programmed to record maintenance defects and checking routines.
Patrol Manager works by recording data from location buttons located along a specified route. Whenever the data-recording device (the Pen Reader) touches one of the location buttons, the unique code from that button is recorded in the Pen Readers’s memory together with the date and time. Operating on the same principle, buttons can be programmed to record individual security events such as ‘window open’, ‘lock broken’ etc, as well as to report maintenance functions such as an A/C unit being broken, temperature and pressure checks, light bulbs blown and so on.
Once Patrol Manager is returned to a central desktop docking unit the data is transferred to the computer for detailed analysis. Multiple Pen Reader units can be used together with an entire security force and the data can be downloaded to a single centralised docking unit at the end of the shift, day or even week.
Patrol Manager, available in a Stand Alone version or a Network version, has been exclusively developed for the Asian Market and is available in a number of Asian and European languages to allow for rapid implementation with minimal training. Patrol Manager is already being used extensively throughout South East Asia by a range of different businesses including golf courses, five star hotels, power and manufacturing plants, mills and convention centres.
